Lynette Dixon
Lynette came to Boracay for the first time in October of 2010 just for a three day trip. After meeting Domingo as her dive master and the diving
experience heightened her love of diving and the Island. She extended her trip a few times and even in poor weather was able to get 13 dives in during the entire stay. Domingo and her became BFF's during that trip and with his assistance made the venture of purchasing New Wave Divers from the former owners. Together they have turned the business into a very nice establishment by a complete makeover of the shop, PADI certification, all new equipment, getting both the speed boat and 20 passenger outrigger operational. She only had her open water and nitrox at the time but has since under Domingo's instruction finished her advanced course and rescue divers course. Her long term plan is to one day accomplish her dive master and keep New Wave Divers one of the top dive resorts here in Boracay. She feels blessed to be a part of the New Wave family.
Domingo Villete
Dom is a PADI Instructor. He started on Boracay Island as a bartender and just tried scuba diving and fell in love with it. In the year 2003 he took his open water course and worked his way to Dive Master in 2005. After working in Boracay as a Dive Master for 5 years then received his Instructor License in 2010. Domingo loves the ocean and everything about it especially the micro-species in the ocean and taking photos of them, it is like finding a needle in a haystack. Domingo has helped with the new changes at New Wave Divers from the first day and building the New Wave family into what it is today. We are so blessed to have him and his experience here at New Wave Divers. Great Job Pirate Dom!!!
Oliver Claver
Oliver has been diving since he was just 21 years old. He was trained by his (very strict) brother also an instructor. He has been diving for over 12 years and , and has work experience in one of the most beautiful but challenging diving environments in the country-- Palawan. But eventually, he came back to Boracay and has been at New Wave since 2009. He is an awesome and enthusiastic diver and that is projected in his instructor abilities. When you see him in the water and classroom with his students and divers his concern for everyone's safety is of the utmost importance along with a sparkle in his eye for his love of the ocean and it's diving pleasure. Oliver is a huge asset to us here at New Wave with his diving capabilities and great zest for life. We are certainly blessed to have him as a part of the New Wave family!

Karlo (AKA James Bond of the Sea)
Karlo has been with New Wave Divers since December 2010. He started diving in 2007 and received his dive master certification in 2008 in Boracay and his Instructor license in December 2010. Karlo freelanced here in Boracay and around the Philippines before he settled down here at New Wave. He brings a lot of joy to the center with his charming personality and big smile for everyone. Whether you dive with him as your dive master or have him as your instructor you will certainly not be disappointed with his abilities as an instructor or diving experience. We are excited to have him be a part of the New Wave family.
Janice
Janice came to us in September of 2011. She is originally from Canada but did her IDC in Bali only recently. She is a free spirit and her whimsical attitude makes her a great addition to our team. She takes her diving very serious though and loves to be in the water. Welcome to the family Janice !!!

Jane Zapico
Jane has been with New Wave Divers as THE secretary since 2010. She has been in accounting since 2005 and is usually the first friendly voice, email or face you will see at New Wave and then the last one when her accounting capabilities are needed the most, plus she is the one that runs the CC machine :). She is proficient, timely and joyful to be around. Ms. Jane is responsive and will assist customers to make their experience a happy one as she books your trip and accommodations. She is also a wonderful asset to the New Wave family!

Caine
I found Caine wandering on the beach one night and invited her to come sit and talk on the front porch with us, she has been with us ever since and that was in August. (Just kidding about the wandering on the beach) She was actually just out with her friends and I dragged her into the shop. But she is a nice addition to the shop welcoming all who venture in with a huge smile.Welcome to the New Wave family Caine!

He is learning to dive and loves it so far, he just can't stop smiling! Welcome to the New Wave family Raine.
